Mapping the production processes of public goods and services as they arise by policy area, as well as their impact, positive and negative, on the social, economic and natural environment.
SYSTEMATICALLY AND PERIODICICALLY MEASUREMENT
Systematical and periodical performance measurement and production of relevant effectiveness and efficiency indicators of state policies.
CREATION OF A REFERENCE BASE
The creation of a reference base, in order to decide on possible changes/public policy reforms. Through this reference base the necessary reforms can be based on objective quantitative data in terms of facilitating the diagnosis, as well as in terms of identifying the problem and the possible outcomes of any alternative solutions.
