The basic aim of the Laboratory is to provide high quality scientific outcomes through research, publications, enhancement of scientific dialogue and the general contribution to the state institutions through its activities.
Connection with society

Our laboratory works for the benefit of the society. One of the most important value of our laboratory is the enforcement of information to the society about the outcomes through events, articles and educational activities.

Policy Recommendations

We provide policy recommendations, which are based on studies of performance and on effectiveness and efficiency indicators of state policies.

Creation of Reference base
We create and we update a reference base, which includes public policy changes, transformations and reforms both based on quantitative and qualitative data.
